Every project manager and project superintendent has an extensive construction background. We have found that building partnerships with owners, architects, and engineers each time we undertake a new project produces results that create satisfied customers that results in repeat business. By maintaining clear and open lines of communication within each partnership, we are able to ensure that the owner is happy with the finished product and that we are on time and stay within budget for each project. Geographical Area: We serve a geographical area consisting of Southwest Georgia, North Florida, and Southeast Alabama. Service Overview: Southern Triad Construction specializes in small to medium size commercial construction including Schools, Medical Facilities, Banks, Office Buildings, Pre-Engineered Buildings (for which we are also a distributor), and Historical Renovations. We also offer complete design services in addition to construction. An experienced and knowledgeable staff means that we can work with owners from the inception of a project until its completion, eliminating the confusion that other businesses may encounter when any of these services are offered by a third party. In all situations, we stress integrity and believe that it should never be compromised.
