BUSINESS EXPERIENCE

Erwin Harrell is the President of Southern Triad Construction and has 18 years of experience in business administration. One reason for the success of Southern Triad Construction is Erwin's belief that owner satisfaction is the most important factor in any project. Erwin manages all administrative functions at Southern Triad Construction and is involved in all projects, helping to establish efficiency and professionalism while also ensuring that each project progresses in a timely manner and stays within budget.

Erwin is married to Kelley and has 3 children, Sydney (14 yrs old), Jackson (12 yrs old), and Kelsey (9 years old). Erwin and his family are members of First Baptist Church.

QUALITY AND COST CONTROL

Jeff Weathersby is the Vice-President of Southern Triad Construction. Jeff has over 27 years of experience in the construction industry and likes to ensure that each project progresses smoothly. With his "hands on" experience in all types of construction, Jeff is well-equipped to meet any challenge head-on and quickly deal with any situations that may arise. By utilizing Computer Aided Design (CAD) programs and estimating programs, Jeff often works with owners to design plans and establish budgets for a project. He frequently assists the architect and owner to value engineer projects to minimize costs without sacrificing quality. Jeff feels it’s important to develop a relationship with the owner and architect to ensure a quality project that is completed on time and within budget.

Jeff is married to Sonya and has 2 children, David (30 yrs old), and Myranda (15 yrs old). Jeff and his family are members of Black Jack Baptist Church.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Southern Triad Construction was started in 1998 as a commercial general contractor in the tri-state area (Georgia, Florida, and Alabama). The company has been blessed with sustained growth each year (increases in staff and in the number of projects).

In 2000, Jeff Weathersby joined the company. Jeff is a former co-owner of Childer’s Construction in Tallahassee, thus was a great addition to the company. Jeff's knowledge is an invaluable tool in the day-to-day operations at Southern Triad Construction and has helped to develop the versatility to meet all commercial needs.

Since the inception of Southern Triad Construction, building a customer base has been a priority. Hand in hand with that idea is the belief that a solid reputation must always be maintained. A "Good Name" is hard to come by, but easy to lose if it's not maintained constantly. That's why there is an emphasis placed on the fact that integrity is NEVER to be compromised under any circumstances. We appreciate the trust that our customer base puts in us and pledge to not betray that trust.
